Why Pilates?
Pilates teaches balance and control of the body. When practiced routinely, Pilates yields numerous benefits such as improved posture, balance, core strength, and increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, focused breathing. Bone density and joint health may also improve. It is a safe and highly recommended method of training for prenatal exercisers, post-menopausal women, and for individuals experiencing debilitating diseases such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, hypertension and most types of cancer.
Our mission is to create a warm, creative and supportive atmosphere for clients of all fitness levels. The studio is located on Chicago's northwest side in beautiful Sauganash, just minutes away from the suburbs of Lincolnwood, Skokie and Niles. It features hardwood floors, high ceilings, a large locker facility with showers, and state-of-the-art equipment from Balanced Body®, the industry's leading innovator of Pilates equipment.
In addition to private lessons, we also offer small group classes. Class times vary from early morning to late evening to accommodate the busiest of schedules!
