Why Pilates?
Based on the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, this complete exercise system both strengthens and stretches muscles, improves balance, promotes coordination and increases muscle awareness. Pilates is practiced on the floor (mat) and with special spring-loaded equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair) that simulate the mechanics of human muscle tension.

As of 2020, Stretch Your Limits is a Hybrid Studio, offering private lessons and group classes both in-studio and virtually. Class times vary from early morning to late evening to accommodate the busiest of schedules. Please check out the Classes page for more information!
