Group Classes

Our group classes are a safe and effective way to become more fit and flexible. Plus, they’re a great option for maintaining a consistent movement practice with our morning, evening and weekend schedule.
With the exception of Advanced Pilates Circuit, our classes are open to all levels! Our instructors will offer modifications for those who are beginners and variations for more advanced students. In this way, we can have all levels in class.

Virtual Class - Basic Barre Fitness
45 minutes
Our virtual Basic Barre fitness class is a workout inspired by the elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates that focuses on low impact, high intensity movements. Every class is a full-body workout with a variety of exercises performed at a slow pace aiming to build strength, flexibility and increased muscle definition. Light dumbbells (cans or filled water bottles make great substitutes), a flex band and a sturdy chair may be required. No previous barre or dance experience is required.

Our virtual Cardio Blast class offers a variety of physical exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and sculpt the body, in addition to improving cardiovascular endurance. This class will target all muscle groups and is intended to be done at a moderate to high intensity level. Dumbbells, gliders, Pilates balls, flex bands and a stability ball may be required to participate.

Exercises are presented at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Various props (flex bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights, and balls) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary. Classes are offered both virtually and in-person to accommodate those who prefer exercising in the comfort of their home!

Our Pilates Circuit class utilizes the reformer, tower, EXO chair, jump board and other equipment to boost your cardiovascular endurance and challenge your overall strength. Pilates Circuit is a type of “interval training,” meaning it combines cardio elements that make you sweat with resistance training to build lean muscles. The best part about interval training? You’ll continue to burn calories throughout your day even after your workout is done!
