When the stay at home order was implemented, Kari and Amy didn’t miss a beat and immediately adapted classes to an online forum. The virtual classes are equally as valuable as in person because attendees have the ability to ask questions before, during and after class and the instructors can monitor attendees’ movements making adjustments as needed. I also love the pop up recorded classes to allow for my fluctuating schedule.
